Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OTPSure. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility & lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to use our virtual numbers, eSIMs and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to commit fraud, harass others, evade bans, or violate the terms of any third-party platform.

2. Accounts & wallet

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
• Wallet funds are prepaid credit for purchasing services and are non-transferable between accounts.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks or abuse.

3. Services

• OTP numbers are temporary and intended to receive a single verification code.
• Rented numbers are available for the period purchased and may include voice where stated.
• eSIMs are delivered electronically; coverage and validity are set by the underlying carrier.
• Social boosts are delivered on a best-effort basis and depend on third-party platforms.

4. Availability

We rely on upstream providers and cannot guarantee that every number, code or service will always be available. Where a service fails, our Refund Policy applies.

5. Prohibited activity

You may not resell access without permission, attempt to disrupt the platform, or use the service for spam, scams, or any illegal activity. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTPSure is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
